Apparently I sent out a batch of Pennswoods.net T-Shirts without sufficient postage due.

The postage meter at Atlantic Broadband was shorting the weight of the packages, and wedidn’t’ apply enough postage. Some of them came back to us and we corrected the postage, though the bag still had “postage due” stamped on it.
